An End of Life Plan consists of six modules broken down into six sessions. As part of each session you are given homework, which is your own plan taking shape.
Sessions are held in the following formats, either individually, in couples or a group:
- Video call – Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, Teams, etc
- Face to face (with relevant social distancing measures in place)
- Phone call (Individually only)
Each session starts with a discussion about where you have reached with the previous homework. The session topic is then shared and discussed before the homework is given out.
Homework can consist of various activities including: reading, viewing a short film, research, reflecting on your views, having a conversation, booking an appointment, filling in a form and shaping a part of your own End of Life Plan.
The sessions and homework guide you through the process of completing the modules. Your End of Life Plan is unique to you and entirely your own work, thoughts, wishes and decisions. Dead Organised does not complete the work for you.
